What is the difference between a ‘Superior’ and ‘Standard’ en-suite room?

The ‘Superior’ rooms are on the first floor so have better views. They also have slightly better décor and larger showers.

What time can we check in?

Our standard Check-in is between 4 pm and 8 pm (depending on traffic, but do let us know if you are delayed), You can arrive earlier and leave your car in our car park and walk into town which is two minutes away. It is, however, essential we know your time of arrival. If you are coming by train we will wait for your arrival, but again let us know your arrival time.

Do you have any family rooms?

We don’t have family rooms at the moment. Our present rooms aren’t suitable for babies and children that can’t sleep on their own. However, this year we are building a very spacious family room in the windmill itself.

Will you have any rooms in the windmill itself?

We will have a unique and exciting suite in the windmill with fantastic views of the town and country side. Please keep an eye on our web site for progress reports.

Do you accept dogs?

We do accept small, well behaved dogs in one of our ‘Standard’ rooms on the ground floor. There is a surcharge of £4.00 per night.
