BOOKING & PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Deposits
To reserve a room we require half the first nights stay. For example £40.00 for a first floor room, one night or over a weekend.
Cancellations
Cancellation charge with 72 hours or more £15.00 admin fee for a first or ground floor room and £25.00 for the four poster room or Windmill Suite.
Cancellation charge with less than 72 hours. We reserve the right to charge the full price of the room (s) you have booked if we can not re-sell the room (s).
In the event of a stay being cut short for any reason, we again reserve the right to charge for the full duration of the stay.
Payments
We accept sterling, Euros, sterling personal cheques and sterling travellers cheques. We can also accept most credit and debit cards (except Amex) but card payments are subject to a £2 surcharge. This surcharge does not apply to deposit payments. |
