Prices are per room per night and we require a two night stay
over a weekend to include a Saturday night.

Booking and Payment Conditions
Deposits.
50% of the cost of the first night's booking is
required as a deposit. We can accept credit/debit card details via email
or over the phone. If no card is available we are happy to accept a
cheque.
Cancellations.
In the event of a cancellation, as of the 6th June
2009 we will gladly refund
your deposit (less an administration fee of £15.00 per room) if we
receive at least 5 Days notice. If a cancellation is made with
less than 72 hours notice, or in the case of a 'no-show', we reserve
the right to charge in full for the booking.
In the event of a stay being cut short for any reason,
we again reserve the right to charge for the full duration of the stay.
Payments.
We accept sterling, Euros, sterling personal
cheques and sterling travellers cheques. We can also accept most credit
and debit cards (except Amex) but card payments are subject to a £2 surcharge. This
surcharge does not apply to deposit payments.
