The Rooms & Tariffs

Our first floor Superior bedrooms above provide that extra touch of comfort and style.		Our Standard double or twin bedrooms are all on the ground floor.

Rye Windmill Bed and Breakfast Rates

Prices are per room not per person. A two night stay over a weekend is normally required.

Prices include a full English breakfast (continental or vegetarian alternative on request). All rates are inclusive of VAT. A deposit is required when making a booking. Single occupancy of a double room is possible. Please phone for rates.

Bookings and Payment Conditions

Deposits.

50% of the cost of the first night's booking is required as a deposit. We can accept credit/debit card details via email or over the phone. If no card is available we are happy to accept a cheque.

Cancellations.

In the event of a cancellation we will gladly refund your deposit (less an administration fee of £5.00) if we receive at least 72 hours notice. If a cancellation is made on the day of check-in, or in the case of a 'no-show', we reserve the right to charge in full for              the booking.

In the event of a stay being cut short for any reason, we again reserve the right to charge for the full duration of the stay.

Payments.

We accept sterling, Euros, personal cheques and sterling travellers cheques. We can also accept most credit and debit cards but card payments are subject to a 4% surcharge. This surcharge does not apply to deposit payments.
